Yet another bad episode with PPD ..??? Are we aware about it ..???ഒരു പക്ഷെ; വിഷാദത്തിന്റെ വേദന മനസ്സിൽ ഒളിപ്പിച്ച ഒരു പുതു മാതാവ് നമ്മുടെ ചുറ്റുപാടിലും ഉണ്ടാകാം... മാതൃത്വത്തിന്റെ മാധുര്യം ആസ്വദിക്കാനാകാതെ; ഉറക്കക്കുറവും; ഉദാസീനതയും; ഉത്ഘണ്ടയും; വിഹ്വലതയും; ഭീതിയും; നിരാശയും; പിടിച്ചുലക്കുന്ന മനസ്സോടെ, പ്രസവാനന്തരദിനങ്ങളിൽ വിഷാദ വിവശയായി ഉഴറുന്ന ഒരു യുവമാതാവ് !!! ഒന്ന് ക്ഷമാപൂർവ്വം നിരീക്ഷിച്ചാൽ; നമുക്കവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയാം, ഏകാന്തതയുടെ വിഷാദപർവ്വത്തിലുഴറുന്ന ഒരു ജീവിതത്തെയെങ്കിലും നമുക്ക് രക്ഷിക്കാം !!! അറിയുക ; POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION !!! ... According to studies, 1/5 of New mothers are going through this mental state of POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION and even very few of them get aggravated to postpartum psychosis; who may Harm them self or their own babies ...
